The website belongs to and is administered by Studs and Stones and is registered in the trade register under KVK number 77099982, Halstraat, 4811 HV Breda, the Netherlands. All names, trademarks and logos are protected by intellectual property rights and may only be used with permission of Studs and Stones or the respective owner of such intellectual property rights.
The content of the website such as text, design, icons, images, videos, audio clips and software is owned by Studs and Stones or their related companies and partners. Downloading content from the website is permitted only for personal, non-commercial use, provided that no copyright infringement takes place. You are not permitted to copy, (re)publish or distribute content from the website for public or corporate use, or to use the protected content in any other way without the permission of Studs and Stones or their related companies and partners, as applicable.
STRAP Amsterdam is not responsible for errors on the website. Of course, it is appreciated if you contact us if you find incorrect information on the website. Studs and Stones is authorized to change the content of the website at any time without notice.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The following general terms and conditions apply to all agreements Studs and Stones, Halstraat, 4811 HV Breda, the Netherlands, registered in the trade register under number 77099982 (Studs and Stones) with customers who buy products in the online shop of STRAP Amsterdam or Studs and Stones.
1. Realisation of the agreement
A binding agreement is established between you and STRAP Amsterdam/Studs and Stones once your order has been confirmed by STRAP Amsterdam. STRAP Amsterdam will send you an order confirmation by email once the order has been confirmed and shipped. The confirmation of receipt you receive immediately after placing your order is not a confirmation of the order.
You may only buy products in the Online Shop of STRAP Amsterdam if you are a consumer, and therefore not acting in the course of a profession or business.
2. Prices, taxes and delivery
All prices are listed including VAT and taxes. STRAP Amsterdam does not participate in the VAT refund for the purchase of products from our online shop, which are exported by individuals or business customers outside the European Union. The applicable price is the price as stated in the STRAP Amsterdam online shop with respect to the relevant product on the day the order is placed.
STRAP Amsterdam reserves the right to incorrectly displayed prices in the STRAP Amsterdam online shop to adjust. Furthermore, STRAP Amsterdam reserves the right to prices, taxes and other costs as shown in the STRAP Amsterdam online shop at any time to adjust, including as a result of changes in VAT rates or other governmental costs, cost increases or general price developments in consumer prices based on prices in January 2017.
Please note that some banks charge a surcharge for cross-border payments in our Online Shop. This surcharge is charged by the bank and is not reimbursed by STRAP Amsterdam. Please contact your bank for more information.
If you order products in the STRAP Amsterdam online shop the following amount will be charged for shipping costs:
Home delivery in the Netherlands (PostNL): € 4.95 – free delivery for orders over € 60.00.
3. Delivery
STRAP Amsterdam will usually confirm and ship the order within 2 working days. Usually delivery takes place after sending the order confirmation:
Home delivery or pickup: 1-2 working days
STRAP Amsterdam reserves the right to deny individuals access to the STRAP Amsterdam online shop.
If ordered products are not in stock then your order will not lead to an agreement, and STRAP Amsterdam is not obliged to deliver these products.
4. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to dissolve an agreement without giving reasons.
Cooling-off period
The cooling off period is 14 days.
This period is calculated from the day you receive the products.
If the last day on which you can dissolve the agreement falls on a public holiday, a Saturday, Sunday, 24 December or 31 December, the term will expire on the next working day.
You have exercised your right of dissolution in good time if you send us a message before the deadline expires that you wish to exercise the right of dissolution.
How can you dissolve the agreement?
If you wish to dissolve the agreement, please send an unambiguous statement to STRAP Amsterdam Email: hello@strapamsterdam.com or our WhatsApp service: +31615497796 that you wish to dissolve the agreement. Please include in your statement your name, home address, telephone number, email address and order number, as well as the products you wish to return.
You can easily send your statement to our E-mail using the contact form that you can request via our E-mail; hello@strapamsterdam.com.
If you return ordered products to us without the express declaration that you are making use of the statutory right of withdrawal, we will regard this as such a withdrawal from the contract.
Refund
If you exercise your right to cancel, we will refund your payment, excluding shipping costs, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days after we receive your cancellation declaration. Refunds will be made in the same way as the original payment, unless you have indicated otherwise. In any case, you will not be required to pay any compensation in connection with the refund.
We are entitled to delay the refund until we have received the returned products, depending on the circumstances.
Return of products
You must return to STRAP Amsterdam the products for which you wish to cancel the agreement without undue delay and within 14 days after sending your cancellation declaration. As proof of your timely termination, you must keep the proof of dispatch and the tracking code.
Used / damaged products
You are only liable for any reduction in value of the returned products due to use to the extent that such use goes beyond what is necessary to evaluate the nature, quality and function of the products.
Please note that all STRAP Amsterdam items are handmade, one or more studs may fall off the bag over time. This is not considered defective and these items can therefore not be returned.
Custom made
The right to dissolve the agreement does not apply to products manufactured according to your specific wishes or with a clearly personal element.
5. Notification of non-compliant products
On the basis of the Dutch sales law you have to report a lack of conformity of the delivered products to STRAP Amsterdam in time, this should be within the period of two months after receipt of the article. The right to report a non-conformity means that you may complain about errors and defects in the products, which have manifested themselves after delivery. If you rightly complain, we will also reimburse you for shipping costs based on the cheapest shipping method we offer.

6. Complaints procedure for customers
If you do not agree with our handling of your complaint, you can contact the Disputes Committee – the Dutch foundation for consumer complaints – to submit a complaint. You can submit a complaint to The Disputes Committee via two specific complaint committees:

7. Liability
STRAP Amsterdam is not liable for any delay or failure due to force majeure. As long as the force majeure continues to occur, the affected obligations of STRAP Amsterdam are suspended.
STRAP Amsterdam accepts the consequences of product liability towards you in accordance with applicable law.

Please note that the STRAP Amsterdam online shop terms and conditions for gift cards apply when purchasing a gift card. vouchers or other discounts cannot be used when purchasing a gift card.
