ATTENTION! Our return period is 14 days. If your return is out of this period, unfortunately we cannot process it and will return the order.
RETURN VIA THE DELIVERY SERVICE
Follow these simple steps to quickly and easily return one or more items from your order to us:
Request a return form via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or download it here.
Put the item back in a box or possibly the original packaging in which you received the item.
Print out the return form (NOTE: Make sure it is fully visible on 1 A4. We need all the information on the form to process your return). Fill in the return form completely and put it in the box with the product.
Place the items to be returned together with the return form in one package. If necessary, you can reuse the original packaging.
Make sure that the original address label is no longer legible.
Write the return address on the box.
Make sure the package is completely sealed; this will prevent the products from being damaged along the way.
Products that you return pursuant to the Distance Selling Act must be returned in their original condition (and if reasonably possible including the original packaging and in good condition). If you do not comply with this, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Returning products is at your own expense and risk. Especially with more expensive products it is strongly recommended to send the package with a track and trace code.
Always keep the track and trace code, then you will always have proof that your return has been issued.
4. RETURN PAYMENT
When your returned parcel arrives, we will try to process it as soon as possible.
As soon as we have processed the returned items, the refund procedure will be initiated. Normally your return will be processed within 14 working days and the amount will be credited to your account.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
No, unfortunately it is not possible to exchange an item with us, but you can always place a new order to get the desired item.
The item you do not want to keep can easily be returned to us and we will then refund the amount to you within 14 days after we have received the product.
You have 14 days to return an item to us.
CAN I BRING AN ITEM TO YOUR HEAD OFFICE?
Unfortunately this is not possible. All products must be returned using the steps above.
ONE OF MY ITEMS IS BROKEN. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In case you find a defect in an item you bought in our online shop, make sure you report this defect within 1 month after the order date.
The only thing you need to do is to return the item to us, clearly stating on the form that it is a defective item.
The return form can easily be requested via our e-mail (email@example.com). As soon as we receive the item, we will immediately process your complaint.
In case of faulty items, we will always credit the full amount. The credit will take place within 14 days.
Please note that all Studs and Stones items are handmade, one or more studs may fall off the bag over time. This is not considered defective and these items can therefore not be returned.
Unfortunately we cannot exchange the item, but you can place a new order.
WHEN DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?
The refund will take place as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days after we have received the returned item.
We will wait with refunds until we have received the returned item back.
You will receive an email as soon as we have received your return at our warehouse.
Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will refund you the full amount, excluding the shipping costs charged by us for the returned products in case you return the entire order.
The shipping costs are a standard amount that does not depend on the number of products ordered. Therefore, we do not refund shipping costs if you only return part of your order.
The refund will be made in the same way as your payment.
