PROCESSING OF YOUR ORDER
In order to process your order correctly, we need important information from you. When you place an order with us, you provide us with your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, method of payment and of course the products ordered.
If you complete an order, your payment will be processed by our payment partner and your order will be sent to our packing department. When your order is ready for shipment, we will share your name, address, email and phone number with our carrier in order to deliver your order. Our payment partner and our carrier will do everything in their power to protect your information.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
If you contact our customer service, your personal data will be registered. Our customer service has access to all information related to your order. This way they can help you in the best possible way if you have any questions about the status of your order or when you return an item. Customer Service also has access to previous correspondence. This helps to provide you with better service.
